    This is not yoga. We do not teach philosophy or hold poses for the sake of poses. What we do is rooted in science. Long holds, intentional breath, and music chosen to land somewhere deeper than background.

    STRETCH, Full Body — Head to toe reset for the body and mind.

    STRETCH, Hips Don't Lie — A full session focused on the hips, where most of us hold the most.

    YIN(ish) — Long holds. Deep stillness. Real release. Yin in spirit, ours in practice.

    *Open to all bodies and all levels. No prior stretch or yoga experience required.

    *STRide welcomes anyone ready to challenge themselves. Modifications are available, though the format is designed for those with some prior strength or spin experience.
