    Trainer of Trainers. Builder of Programs and People. Sunny’s 10 years of industry experience have built the foundational programs of many industry-leading studios, but try as they may, they couldn’t replicate her soul.

    A master trainer and consultant, she has a passion for supporting instructors and welcoming clients and practitioners on an authentic and approachable level.

    Trained in Trauma-Informed instructing, Sunny maintains that everyone enters the fitness space at different levels bringing along unique life experiences. Her passion for providing fitness experiences that are safe, inclusive and leave no one behind is more than a career— it’s a calling.

    Lifelong athlete, mom and small business owner, Mara is a powerhouse on the bike. She will challenge you to visualize your comfort zone and then get the hell out of it. New to YYC, Mara loves to connect with new people and makes everyone who enters the room feel at home and at ease.

    Owner and operator of The Rocky Bean Co, a vintage cafe on wheels, Mara shows up for all things as her full self ready to support and of course, fully caffeinated.
