About the training:

Step into Over 24+ hours of hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, drills, music work, and one-on-one instruction,

you’ll learn how to coach, connect, & lead at a higher level.

Whether you plan to teach one day or simply want to understand the craft behind what we do.

This experience is fully in-person and guided by CHURCH Founder Sunny Britton, who has trained instructors for more than 13 years and developed a method

grounded in musicality, presence, trauma-informed leadership, and connection.

You’ll Learn:

• Leading a room with clarity + confidence

• Trauma-informed cuing: what it is + why we choose it

• Musicality, phrasing, and shaping the emotional arc of a class

• Coaching real bodies with safety + intention

• Building connection and true community

• Speaking with impact

• Developing your authentic instructor voice

This training does not certify you in CHURCH formats and does not guarantee employment.
Does not include proprietary CHURCH programming.

Graduates who show strong potential may be considered for future format-specific development in Strength, Circuit, STRide & Stretch.

Schedule

Weekend 1: Saturday + Sunday 12-6pm Jan 24 & 25
Weekend 2: Saturday + Sunday 12-6pm Jan 31 & Feb 1

Training begins the January 24, 2026 at CHURCH Fitness.
